The Park itself boasts the largest Parrot collection in the world, Europe’s largest Dolphin show pool, the world’s largest indoor Penguin exhibition, Europe’s longest Shark tunnel, and is the only Orca Ocean in Europe.

Located in Puerto de La Cruz, the park itself contains many different varities of animals, including Sea Lions, Jaguars, Lions, Tigers, Chimpanzees, and many more.

The opening sequence to the 2005 film Hitchiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, was filmed at Loro Parque.
